Richard Zumah adjudged San Pedro’s top scorer in debut season

Ghanaian forward Richard Zumah was named San Pedro’s top scorer in his debut season in the just ended 2020/21 Ivorian Ligue 1.

The lanky forward despite failing to find the back of the net in his last three games amassed a total of 7 goals in 13 games for the second-placed team.

However, Zumah also finished as the league’s second top scorer behind Racing Club Abidjan youngster Seydou Traore who emerged the season’s goal king with 8 goals in 11 games.

Asec Nimosas clinched their 27th Ivorian league title over the weekend after a goalless draw with San Pedro who finished.

Asec will play in next season’s CAF Champions League with San Pedro also competing in the CAF Confederations Cup.
