Kind Gesture: Promising goalkeeper Obiri Mintah receives new pair of gloves from King Faisal shot stopper Danlad Ibrahim

Promising goalkeeper Enoch Obiri Mintah ‘Onana’ has received a new pair of gloves from King Faisal Football Club safest pair Danlad Ibrahim.

The King Faisal shot stopper last week announced on his social media handles of giving out 10 tutokeeping new gloves to 10 young and outstanding goalkeepers randomly in the ongoing Juvenile League as his little quota of supporting young talents.

Mintah, currently with the U-17 team of Revelation Football Club, on loan at Fayas Football Club, a third-tier side all in Ashaiman caught the attention of the Ghanaian international after he was adjudged the Most Valuable Player (MVP) in the just ended 2021 Ramadan Cup held in Fadama, Accra.

The youngster pulled out scintillating performances to aid Ashaiaman book a semi-final berth before they lost painfully to Kasoa by two goals.

Regarded as one of the best youth prospects in Ashaiman, Mintah took to social media to thank Danlad for the kind gesture.

A very big “Thank You” to Ibrahim Danlad ‭for this gloves 🧤….. Words can’t explain how I’m grateful thank you very much. And also, thanks to Linus Siaw Nartey and Gedodino Ibra for exposing me to get such a gift. God bless y’all”, he said.
