‘Brace hero’ Richard Zumah makes Ivorian Ligue 1 Team of the Week

Ghanaian forward Richard Zumah has earned a spot in the Ivorian Ligue 1 Team of the Week following his splendid output for San Pedro yesterday after a 3-3 draw with SC Gagnoa.

The 23-year-old is enjoying a good start in the Ivorian top-flight after he registered a brace for San Pedro to rescue his side from an away defeat on Thursday.

He scored his side’s first and the much needed late strike to earn the visitors a vital away point.

Zumah has already bagged 4 goals in two games for his side becoming the first to notch back to back brace in the ongoing season.

The former Emmanuel City player currently tops the scorers chart and his second Ligue 1 Team of the Week appearance.
