Ghanaian midfielder Hope Avayevu has been handed the jersey no.10 by North Texas SC as the club unveiled it’s new official secondary kits for the 2021/2022 USL League One which will also serve as the away kits.
Speaking to SportsAfric.com, management of Faith Soccer Academy couldn’t hide their joy
“Myself and Enock Akakpo feel so elated to see our player in the USL. We wish him nothing but the best because his qualities is just exceptional.
Faith Soccer Academy will continue to produce great talents to the global market”, Charway Jacob Oluaka said.
Avayevu joined on a three-year contract with an option for the 2024 and 2025 seasons.
Avayevu, 18, is a product of the Faith Football Academy and Kingdukes FC of the Ghanaian Football Association.
He was a standout performer in the 2019 Dr. Pepper Dallas Cup with Bechem United FC before joining affiliate club FC Dallas.
He has featured in all pre-season games for the side as North Texas SC will play host to Lauderdale CF in their opener on April 24.
