Asante Kotoko is set to miss the services of two of their key players in the shape of winger Augustime Okrah and tall-lanky midfielder Latif Anabila ahead of their match day two away game to Berekum Chelsea at the Golden City Park.
It will be recalled that Okrah was replaced in the first half by Evans Adomako after sustaining an injury in their week 1 game against Eleven Wonders at thee Accra Sports Stadium.
Anabila, on the hand, also made way for Emmanuel Sarkodie on the 57th minute through an injury.
According to Kumasi-based Oyerepa FM, Anabila will be out for two to three weeks after conducting an MRI scan on the extent of his injury on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, Okrah’s injury isn’t as serious as Anabila’s own but has asked to be excused from the game as he looks prevent any incident of aggravating the injury.
After producing a disappointing performance to draw 1-1 with Eleven Wonders, thee Porcupine Warriors head to a much difficult ground to square it out with Berekum Chelsea in their next league game this weekend.
