Eric Ocansey scores as Kortrijk put three pass Excel Royal Mouscron

Ghana’s Eric Ocansey registered his name on the score sheet for KV Kortrijk as they put three pass Royal Excel Mouscron on Sunday in the Belgian Pro League.

The swift winger grabbed his side’s third and final goal with ten minutes to full time.

The visitors were reduced to 10-men after Jean Onana was shown the exit door in the 31st minute as the game first half ended barren.

Belgian forward Ilombe Mboyo fired home the opener with a superb strike to give Kortrijk the lead in the 59th minute.

Fellow compatriot Gilles Dewaele doubled the lead for the host four minutes later to make it 2-0.

The former Aspire Academy product added the final goal to give his side a three goal advantage after 80 minutes.

He made way for Senegalese youngster Pape Habib Gueye three minutes after registering his name on the score sheet.

Ocansey joined from KAS Eupen in 2019 and has made 29 appearances in all competitions scoring three goals.
