Former Berekum Chelsea attacker Dennis Tetteh scored his third goal of the season in the Belarussian Vysshaya match day 22 to help his side Slavia Mozyr pick a point against Vitebsk on Sunday in their 1-1 drawn game at the Yunost Stadium.
The visitors drew first blood as early as the 11th minute when 21-year-old Sergey Volkov connected in Ion Nicolaescu’s shot which was parried out by the goalkeeper onto the midfielder’s path who in-turned made it 0-1.
Slavia responded 23 minutes later when Tetteh fed on a through ball into the penalty box. He managed to get to the ball first, rounded the goalkeeper and scored from a tight corner to peg the scores at 1-1.
No goals were scored again as the tie ended 1-1 after full time.
On the other hand, fellow Ghanaian Francis Narh was introduced in the second half to replace Nikita Melnikov for Slavia.
