Samuel Tetteh, MLS bound set to join New York Red Bulls in the coming weeks

Information available to SporsAfric.com indicates that 24-year-old Ghanaian Samuel Tetteh is on the verge of joining Major League Soccer (MLS) side New York Red Bulls.

According to sources, talks between his parent club, Red Bull Salzburg and the New York-based club have reached an advanced stage with the Ghanaian likely to pen a three-year deal when talks are completed.

Tetteh is yet to kick a ball for Salzburg since joining them in 2017 – spending the last three seasons on loan with LASK LINK in the Austrian Bundesliga and subsequently scored seven goals in 29 matches this seasons.

He has returned to Salzburg after his loan expiration and will unfortunately feature against Manchester United in the Europa.
