Chief Executive Officer of Liberty Professionals, Linda Ansong, has revealed that Mubarak Alhassan earned the Granada deal based on his hard work, dedication and professionalism.
Liberty announced on Thursday they have whisked their midfielder away to Spanish La Liga outfit on a four-year deal in an undisclosed fee.
After playing just 13 league games in the Premier League, Ansong believes the former WAFA teenager played his heart out and is not surprised about his move to the Rojiblancos.
“We will, first of all, thank God for such a deal for Mubarak Alhassan,” Ansong told Kumasi FM.
“The technical did a good job but the player has done an awesome work. It’s his hard work, dedication and professionalism he exhibited that earned him this deal. He played his heart out for Liberty I must say,” she added.
Linda reserved some praise for her management team and in addition offered advice for the local players.
“I will also thank the management and everyone at Liberty. We did a lot of work, social media promotions and contacting agents.
“I want to take this opportunity to advice local players to play for their clubs with professionalism and dedication,” she added.
In his 13 league outings for the Scientific Soccer lads, Mubarak scored five goals and made five assists.
