Kudus Mohammed on the verge of joining Ajax

Ghanaian and FC Nordsjælland’s attacking midfielder Kudus Mohammed is likely to join European football giant Ajax Amsterdam.

According to various reports in Netherland, the 19-year-old has given the thumbs up and will likely be joining them in a five-year deal during the summer transfer window.

The former Right to Dream Academy graduate is however valued between €8m to €9m despite his huge prospect and talent showcased in the Danish League.

His combative style of play – capped with skills and speed earned him a called up to the national team where he scored on his debut against Bafana Bafana of South Africa last year.

Kudus is believed to be interested in a move to Anfield after stories went viral Liverpool had made enquiries about the possibility of securing his services.

Kudus is currently on a 14-goal tally in 56 games since joining the Wild Tigers in 2018 and has banged in 11 goals this season in 25 appearances.

He was last month listed among 100 youngsters in contention for the Golden Boy award.
