The league will receive massive boost should Gyan and Sulley sign – Laryea Kingston

Ex- Ghanaian International,Laryea Kingston is of the view that the return of former teammates Sulley Aliu Muntari and Asamoah Gyan to the Ghana Premier League will receive massive boost if they should sign with Accra Hearts of Oak and Asante Kotoko respectively per reports.

The former Great Olympics and Hearts of Oak midfielder disclosed this during an exclusive interview with Nathaniel Attoh on Joysports.

“I think they [Muntari and Gyan] coming into the league will be a huge boost. They have achieved a lot in Europe. I think that everyone would want to come and watch them play in the league. For me I will be very happy if they come.”

Laryea featured for the Black Stars between 2002 to 2010 making 41 appearances and scoring six time.

The 39 year old had a successful career outside Ghana playing for over 10 clubs across Africa, Asia and Europe.
