[CONFEDERATION CUP]: Kotoko announce 18-man squad to face Coton Sport on Sunday

Kumasi Asante Kotoko have announced an 18-man squad as they prepare to Coton Sport of Garoua in the play-offs in the Confederation Cup first leg in Cameroon on Sunday. 

Kotokob eliminated Kenyan Kariobangi Sharks on a 2-1 goal aggregate to set-up a date with Coton Sport, whiles the Cameroonian got booted out the Champions League Egyptian Ismaily in the final round.

Obed Owusu, Stephen Nyarko and Prince Acquah who missed the previous Caf competition has returned to the squad to help the Porcupines grind out a favourable result from the mid-central African country.

The team were supposed to leave for Cameroon with Unity Airline but has been cancelled due to clearance issues.

However, they will leave the country on Friday. The match will be played at the Military Stadium in Yaounde.

DEFENDERS: Amos Frimpong, Augustine Sefah, Abass Mohammed, Agyemang Badu, Abdul Ismail Ganiu, Wahab Adams

MIDFIELD: Richard Senanu, Prince Acquah, Umar Bashir, Kwame Bonsu, Stephen Nyarko, Emmanuel Gyamfi, Maxwell Baakoh

ATTACK: Sogne Yakouba, Obed Owusu, Abdul Fatau
